  • Literate in CAD is preferred.

• Safety Officer

  • Registered and having valid DOSH/NIOSH certificate.
  • High rise experience is an advantage.
  • Priority to Green Book holder.

  • Presentable skill, and able to train staff and agent on product attributes.
  • Able to conduct marketing research and competitor analysis.
  • Planning on product launching and promotion strategies.
  • Able to organize and run events on non-working day.
  • Independent, resourceful, proactive and result-oriented.

• Marketing Representative

  • Excellent interpersonal skill and good oral in most common use language/dialogue.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience is preferred.

• C&S / Arch Clerk of Works

  • Possess certificate in Building/Architectural/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in site supervision is preferred.
  • Able to liaise with contractors, consultants and authorities.
  • High rise experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable to control Project Quality.
  • Fresh graduate is also encouraged.

• Accountant (female)

  • Preferably accreditation with ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable with local service tax.
  • At least 3 years of building development working experience.
  • Computer literature.

• Admin Executive

  • Excellent interpersonal skill and good oral and written communication skills in Bahasa and English.
  • Responsible for all staffing matters such as recruitment ,wages and entitlements or staff training.
  • Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in related field is preferred.
  • Presentable, independent and proactive.
